PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material testing machine capable of performing a dynamic test even with an inexpensive configuration consuming less electric power.SOLUTION: A direct-acting servo valve 50 has a spool type valve structure that switches communication and block of each port by the displacement of a spool 52 in an axial direction in a sleeve 57. The direct-acting servo valve is, what is called, a direct-acting valve in which a force motor 51 that is a driving section connected with the spool 52 directly moves the spool 52 on which cylindrical lands 53, 54, and 55 are disposed. At the other side of the connection edge of the spool 52 with the force motor 51, a displacement meter 56 is installed as a detector for detecting the positional displacement of the spool 52 in the axial direction. |
