PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the sum of power consumption of air conditioners to be equal to or lower than upper limit electric power for a group of air conditioners each including a heat storage unit.SOLUTION: A control device (110) is connected to a plurality of air conditioners via communication lines. Each air conditioner performs a heat storage operation for storing cold in a heat storage unit, a utilization cooling operation for using the cold stored in the heat storage unit, and a normal cooling operation without using the cold stored in the heat storage unit. A prediction unit (113) of the control device (110) predicts daily power consumption of each air conditioner. A setting unit (114) of the control device (110) sets a utilization time zone for which each air conditioner performs the utilization cooling operation per air conditioner individually on the basis of prediction values of the power consumption of the respective air conditioners. An instruction unit (115) of the control device (110) outputs an instruction signal including the utilization time zone to each air conditioner. |
