PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-quality semiconductor device which is suitable for an electronic device such as a car navigation device.SOLUTION: The semiconductor device comprises: a first memory controller capable of outputting a first control signal to first and second external memories through a first memory interface; a second memory controller capable of outputting a second control signal to the second external memory through a second memory interface; an inter-device interface for communicating with another semiconductor device; a terminal group capable of outputting the second control signal which has passed through the second memory interface; and a first selector for, according to a use mode of the semiconductor device, selecting any of the second memory interface and the inter-device interface to connect it to the terminal group. |
