PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical dispenser which allows the completeness of a filter for liquid filtration and sterilization to be tested without disconnection of the filter from an aseptic line.SOLUTION: The chemical dispenser includes a container filled with a chemical concentrate, a filter for liquid filtration and sterilization, and a dispensation container, which are connected in series. The filter for liquid filtration and sterilization has a primary side to which a pressure gauge and a pressure device are connected through a bypass capable of passage switching. The structure allows for switching between a line for filtering and dispensing the chemical and a line for testing the completeness of the filter by appropriate control of the flow channel in the bypass, so that the completeness of the filter can be tested without disconnection of the filter from the dispensing line. |
