PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner low in energy cost and simple in structure for suppressing the waste of artificial energy such as petroleum, gas, and electricity, and for regulating the room temperature of a house by effectively using solar energy and underground geothermal energy.SOLUTION: In the winter season, a habitable room is heated by supplying air heated by a total heat exchange ventilation fan, a solar energy collector, and an underground heat recovery pipe, and present under a first floor to the habitable room. In the summer season, the habitable room is cooled by supplying the air cooled by the total heat exchange ventilation fan and the underground heat recovery pipe and present under the first floor to the habitable room. |
