<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproofing member and a waterproofing method, capable of securing high waterproofness.SOLUTION: An insulating waterproofing member for waterproofing a connection of a cable includes a sheet member for covering the connection. The sheet member has an adhesion material layer comprising a material that has adhesion to the connection and stacked on a first surface, and also has a body part for covering the connection and an extension part extending in a first direction from the body part. The extension part can apply pressure on the body part covering the connection in a first region on one end side of the body part in a second direction intersecting with the first direction and a second region on the other side of the body part.</p> |
