<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the degree of freedom in program selection by a user, in an electronic program guide.SOLUTION: A program selection frame (cursor C) of a size different from the program information frame is displayed on an electronic program guide composed of a broadcast channel axis and a broadcast time axis, and the cursor C moves between the program information of the electronic program guide depending on the size. Consequently, the cursor C moves in units of the time width or channel width, and sets the viewing and video recording with a width selected by the cursor C.</p> |
