PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an after-shave cosmetic spreading well when applied to the skin, occurring no sticky feeling, giving smooth and moist use feelings, imparting sufficient moisturizing effect on the skin after application, and allowing reduction in skin irritation.SOLUTION: An after-shave cosmetic contains the following components (A) to (C), where the osmotic pressure is 200 to 450 milliosmoles: (A) at least one kind of synthetic polymer compounds selected from carboxyl vinyl polymers and alkyl modified carboxyvinyl polymers; (B) an ester oil; and (C) at least one kind of moisturizing agents selected from tri- or higher hydric alcohols. |
