THE METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF MORPHO-FUNCTIONAL CHANGES OF ERYTHROCYTES UNDER CONDITIONS OF COMBINED COURSE OF ISCHEMIC CARDIAC DISEASE AND ANEMIA BY POLARIZATION MAPPING OF ERYTHROCYTE SUSPENSION

摘要

A method for diagnostics of morphofunctional changes of erythrocytes under conditions of combined course of ischemic cardiac disease and anemia by polarization mapping of erythrocytic suspension includes evaluation of polarization changes of the laser image. Radiation with parallel beam of helium-neon laser with linear polarization with wavelength 0.6328 µm is carried out. Polarization image of the layers of erythrocytic suspension is projected by means of micro-objective to the plane of light-sensitive platform of CCD-camera. By means of rotation of the analyzer axis by angles within 0° and 180° sets of minimal and maximal levels of intensities of the biological object image are determined for each pixel of the CCD-camera, and the angles of turn corresponding to those.
