<p>The present invention relates to an anaerobic digestion apparatus performing a digestion treatment of a sludge by connecting in series at least two digesters which have been physically separated from a sludge enrichment retaining facility to increase the digestion efficiency while digestion treating food sludge, animal manure and sewage sludge, etc. in a consecutive manner, thereby securing a minimum residence period required for sludge digestion while performing treatment with a dehydration cake by dehydrating with a dehydrator the digestion sludge that has passed through the digestion sludge retaining facility after undergoing maximum digestion of organic sludge due to an easy seeding for digestion; and to an operating method of an anaerobic digester.</p> |
