FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of industrial rubber goods, in particular, to manufacturing of sealing hoses which, due to the change of their geometrical dimensions under the pressure in the inner cavity, are used to seal/block/packer wells at drilling works and are used as removable form for some concrete works. A sealing hose comprises a metal tip, a load-bearing casing, a covering rubber layer and a sealing rubber layer. The load-bearing casing is made out of several pair mutually crossing layers of cord fabric. The middle/central part of each layer of the hose's load-bearing casing is made from synthetic highly extendible anide/capron cord fabric. The end face parts of the same layers are made from high-duty low extendible aramid cord fabric or metal cord.EFFECT: invention provides for improved strength of a sealing hose, increased insulation/leakproofness of one well bed from another, improved leakproofness at well bore cementation.2 cl, 3 dwg |
