FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing novel chemical compounds - 6-oxopyridazin-1(6H)-yl-butanedionic acids of formulae given belowwhere R=H, R=H, R-CH, R=H, R=CH, R=CH, R=CH, R=H andwhere R=CH, R=CH, R-H, R=CH. Said compounds are obtained by reacting the corresponding pyridazin-3(H)-one with maleic or fumaric acid esters in the presence of potassium carbonate in a medium of dimethyl sulphoxide, followed by hydrolysis of the obtained ester with aqueous sodium hydroxide solution and extraction of desired compounds.EFFECT: obtaining novel acids, presence of pharmacophore groups in the structure of which enables use thereof as intermediate products in synthesis of biologically active compounds.3 ex |
