FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: rotor of a centrifugal compressor comprises a shaft with a thrust collar and a runner with its hub being fitted by fitment cylindrical belts and contacting with the thrust collar. The cylindrical belt of the runner hub section adjoining the thrust collar is equipped by a circular projection and the shaft surface is fitted by a groove mating it, the height of the circular projection is defined according to the dependence: h=k×?×R×(T-T), where k=0.5±0.1; ? - linear expansion factor of runner material, 1/°C; R- inner runner radius, mm; T- temperature of the runner heated prior to fitting onto the shaft, °C; T- temperature of the cold runner, °C.EFFECT: improved dynamic characteristics of a rotor due to the provision for even end clearance between the runner hub end and the shaft thrust collar.1 dwg |
