FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the devices to provide for contact of vapour (gas) and liquid in rectification or absorption processes and can be used in chemical, oil processing and other industries. A lammellar valve tray to provide for contact of vapour (gas) and liquid comprises a pocket to receive liquid, a tray weir and a tray base with holes and plate valves installed in them, the width of the valves' cover is tapering in the direction to the tray weir. Slots in the form of lamellas are placed at the level of the narrow valve parts, their cross-section is made as a circular segment or are of trapezoid form or in the form of tongues with their open part being turned to the direction of liquid flow. The valves are provided with flaps to the tray deck. Devapourers-degasifiers from louver deck of rectangular or trapezoid from with the angle of inclination to the side opposite to the liquid flow can be installed on the tray deck.EFFECT: increased efficiency of contact between phases under increased vapour loads.3 cl, 9 dwg |
