The discharge port (405A), a rotating member (81) receiving a rotation transferred from the driving member (910) and rotating the transport member (600) and a concave portion (685) into which a first projection (950) formed on the same axis of the driving member (910) enters are formed on one end side in a longer direction of the accommodation container body (400).
