PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a plurality of high frequency signals of different phase, inputted from other transmission line, while performing mode conversion of other transmission line and a waveguide simultaneously.SOLUTION: A high frequency transmission line 10 includes a waveguide 20 having one end of I/O port 20 and the other end of short circuit termination, a 90° hybrid line 30 having first through fourth terminals Ph31-Ph34 separated from each other by an electric length of λh/4, and first and second feeding probes 41, 42. The first feeding probe 41 is connected with a first terminal Ph31, and the second feeding probe 42 is connected with a second terminal Ph32. An I/O port 30 is connected with the third terminal Ph33, and a fourth port 40 is connected with the fourth terminal Ph34. A first high frequency signal is inputted to the I/O port 30, and a second high frequency signal, having a phase lag λh/4 behind the first high frequency signal, is inputted to the I/O port 40. |
