PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data management device capable of grasping cloud storage that can completely erase data in advance before data storage.SOLUTION: The data management device for requesting a storage device that can store data through a network to erase and store desired data includes an inquiry part for inquiring of the storage device a capability of erasing the data held by the storage device, a confirmation part for receiving a result of the inquiry, and confirming whether the storage device has a desired erasing capability, and a storage request part for requesting the storage device to store the data in the case of confirming that the storage device has the desired erasing capability by the confirmation part. |
