PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat equipped with an air bag module which enables an area around an attachment part of a guide member for guiding an expansion direction of an air bag to be formed compactly and also enables easy attachment of the guide member while maintaining high expansion performance of the air bag.SOLUTION: A seat equipped with an air bag module includes: an air bag module 6 attached to a side frame; a guide member 32 which guides an expansion direction of the air bag module 6; and an attachment member 50 for attaching the guide member 32 to the side frame. The side frame includes an attachment hole 16 of the attachment member 50 at a position different from a shaft part 18 to which the air bag module 6 is attached. The attachment member 50 includes a holding space for detachably holding an end part of the guide member 32 and is inserted into the attachment hole 16 while holding the end part of the guide member 32 in the holding space.
