PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymethacrylate composition having high heat stability and excellent yellow discoloration resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a polymethacrylate composition containing polymethacrylate having a weight average molecular weight of 50,000 to 150,000 and containing an acrylate monomer unit of 1 to 8 wt.% and a methacrylate monomer unit of 92 to 99 wt.%, and an antioxidant containing 2,4-di-t-amyl-6-[1-(3,5-di-t-amyl-2-hydroxyphenyl)ethyl]phenylacrylate as a first compound (I) and 2,4-di-t-amyl-6-[1-(3,5-di-t-amylphenyl)ethyl]phenol as a second compound (II), and the amount of the antioxidant is 0.005 pts.wt. or more and less than 0.3 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of polymethacrylate. |
