<p>The system has a catheter provided with a lumen and first and second closure elements, where inner diameter of the catheter corresponds to that of the first closure element, which is attached or inserted into the system by a cone. The second closure element is secured with the first closing element with a mechanism, which comprises a screwing mechanism, a clamping mechanism and a bayonet closure. The catheter comprises a break section i.e. perforated line. A casing is inserted into a shell (2), where the system comprises a dilation element, which is pushed over a guide wire. The dilation element is manufactured from polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene and PTFE.</p> |
