摘要 An instrument for measurement of height of rail joints of railway and tram tracks includes device for measurement of pass installed on the car-pass measuring unit, computing device, registration block connected with the first input to the output of the pass measurement device, and with the other one – to the output of computing device, identical in construction right and left channels for measurement of geometrical parameters of joint, each of those includes a block for measurement of joint velocities and joint sensor connected with the output to the first input of the block for measurement of joint velocities. Each channel for measurement of geometrical parameters of joint includes sensors of horizontal and vertical velocities of the axle box installed on the axle-box of the wheel pair, and each block for measurement of the height of joint includes the second amplifier, second filter, third and fourth keys, the first and the second blocks for bringing to square, block for extraction of square root, differentiating block, second zero unit, the first and the second memory devices. The outputs of the sensors of horizontal and vertical velocities of the axle box are connected to the second and the third inputs of the block for measurement of joint velocities, respectively, those are connected to the inputs of the first and the second amplifiers, respectively, the output of the first filter – to the information inputs of the first and the second keys, the output of the first key – to the input of the first memory device, the output of that one – to the first input of computing device connected with the output to the second input of the registration block. The output of the joint sensor is connected to the control input of the first key, the output of the second filter is connected to information input of the first key, and the first control inputs of the second and the third keys, the outputs of the second and the third keys through the first and the second blocks for bringing to square – to the first and second inputs of the adding block, this in series through the block for extraction of square root, differentiation block, second zero unit is connected to the control input of the fourth key, information input of that one is connected to the output of the block for extraction of square root, and the output through the second memory device is connected to the second input of the computing device. The output of the second zero unit is connected to the second control inputs of the second and third keys.
