INTERNAL INSPECTION METHOD FOR SADDLE SNAP TAP AND INSPECTION TOOL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems which occur in performing an internal inspection for a saddle snap tap under non-water suspension that an inspection cap storing a transparent plate in a cap nut is attached to a perforator attaching port at the top part of the snap tap and an internal state is confirmed and inspected through the transparent plate, water and air in the snap tap becoming a hindrance in a through-view cannot be sufficiently discharged and a dark inside state cannot confirm a sufficient acknowledgement.SOLUTION: This invention is constituted such that a transparent rod 5 is inserted from the top part of a saddle snap tap into a perforator insertion hole through an adapter 6 forming an insertion clearance 61 at an outer periphery of the transparent rod 5 and lowered, the transparent rod is further inserted to a prescribed position adjacent to an inspection segment while water and air in the perforator insertion hole are being discharged out of the clearance and inspection segment is seen from the top part of the transparent rod to confirm it.
