PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of presenting a stereographic two-dimensional image rich in depth floating in a space at a distance from a device body.SOLUTION: A display device includes a light transmissive film F with an image (I) printed thereon, a light source 3 which irradiates the film F with light from the back face side, a panel-like imaging optical element (micro-mirror array 2), and a case 10 which accommodates the film F. The imaging optical element is mounted on a top surface of the case and a film holder 1 for holding the film F at a predetermined tilt angle α with respect to a bottom surface 2b of the imaging optical element is located below the imaging optical element 2. Thus, the light projected from the light source 3 transmits through the film F, passes through the imaging optical element 2, and forms a projection image (spatial image I') of the image (I) on the film F, which floats above an outer surface (top surface 2a) of the imaging optical element. |
