PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fast-curing mortar composition which is made to be suitable for grout mortar and mortar for trowel application by adjusting the amount of water used at the time of kneading.SOLUTION: A fast-curing mortar composition contains quick-hardening cement, a water-soluble inorganic salt, water-soluble cellulose ether having specific performance, and a fine aggregate of a specific grain size. In the used fine aggregate, a residue on a 1.2 mm sieve, a residue on a 0.6 mm sieve, a residue on a 0.3 mm sieve, a residue on a 0.15 mm sieve, a residue on a 0.09 mm sieve, and a fraction passing through a 0.09 mm sieve are within specific ranges respectively. It is desirable that the quick-hardening cement contains a specific component. It is desirable that the fast-curing mortar composition is made to be suitable for rout mortar and mortar for trowel application by a specific ratio of kneading water to a binder. |
