PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin external preparation for hair excellent in stability so that no precipitation derived from a stigmastanol glycoside (number of sugars: 2-5) happens in the preparation in any cases when left standing.SOLUTION: A skin external preparation for a hair comprises: a stigmastanol glycoside (number of sugars: 2-5); and a hydrolysate of a black rice extract. The skin external preparation for hair prevents precipitation derived from the stigmastanol glycoside (number of sugars: 2-5) in any cases when left standing by including the hydrolysate of the black rice extract.
