<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image quality estimation device, an image quality estimation method, and an image quality estimation program capable of more accurately estimating image quality in view of the influence of spatial frequency characteristics and time frequency characteristics unique to an image.SOLUTION: An image quality estimation device includes a first image classification section 40 for classifying learning images deteriorated beforehand for learning based on complexity obtained from each pixel constituting an image, a learning section 50 for associating the learning images classified by the first image classification section 40 with image quality evaluation values given to the learning images by comparison of learning images before and after deterioration, and repeating the association by using different learning images to learn the deterioration degree of image quality for each classfication, a second image classification section 80 for classifying inspection images based on complexity, and an estimation section 90 for estimating the image degradation degrees of the inspection images classified by the second image classification section 80 for each classification based on the learning result of the learning section 50.</p> |
