PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method for a fastening part with a slackening stopping function for fastening means, and a design method for the fastening part of the fastening means based upon the evaluation method for the fastening part.SOLUTION: There is provided an evaluation method for a fastening part with a slackening stopping function for fastening means. The evaluation method includes: a first step S1 of mounting the fastening part having the slackening stopping function on the fastening means, conducting a slackening test while placing a load in an axis orthogonal direction of the fastening means, and acquiring slackening occurrence presence/absence data through FEM analysis; a second step S2 of generating a desired multidimensional response curved plane from predetermined design specifications and various conditions; and a third step S3 of plotting desired design specifications of the fastening part on the response curved plane and evaluating whether slackening occurs. |
