PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To read an electric power meter and display a value measured by the reading and the like on a display device in a house of a user at the same time, thereby reducing time required for work to read the electric power meter and allowing each user to check usage and charge of electric power in real time and in detail.SOLUTION: An electric power meter reading/displaying system includes: an electric power meter 11 including measuring means 12 for measuring usage of electric power used by a user, a database 14 for storing usage data therein, control means 15 for generating a graph and communication means 13; a meter reading handy terminal 31 including a transmission unit 35 for issuing a transmission instruction for transmitting the usage data, a reception unit 34 for receiving the usage data transmitted by the communication means 13 of the electric power meter 11 and a data storage unit 37; and an indoor display device 41 including display means 42 for displaying usage data obtained by meter reading and transmitted from the electric power meter 11 and a printer 44. |
