PURPOSE: A wind power generator management system and a method thereof with the improved safety of a field worker in charge of security, maintenance and repair of a wind power generator installed in a wind power generation plant. CONSTITUTION: A wind power generation management system includes a central server (100), a wind power generator (200) and a mobile terminal (10). The central server manages maintenance and repair of wind power generators installed in a wind power generation plant from a remote site. The wind power generates are remotely controlled by the central server and a worker controls the wind power generators with the mobile terminal in the field.
