An OLED display device capable of visible light communication and a visible light communication system are disclosed. The OLED display device includes an OLED display part, a data memory part, and an OLED control part. The OLED display part outputs an image displayed to the outside and additional information included in the image. The data memory part stores image data corresponding to the image and additional data corresponding to the additional information. The OLED control part controls the OLED display part to display the image on the OLED display part using the image data provided from the data memory part and controls the image blinking in a range where human eyes cannot recognize in order to include the additional information in the image using the additional data provided from the data memory part. The OLED display device displays additional information included in the image besides the general image in order to perform a transmission function of the visible light communication and an image display function. |
