摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for operating a gasification fuel cell hybrid power generation system.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: a fuel supply line Lfor supplying a gasification gas derived by removing a sulfur content in a gasified high-pressure gasification gas 11, as a fuel, to a fuel electrode of a fuel cell; an inlet-side HS meter 10-1 for measuring a hydrogen sulfide concentration inside the fuel supply line L; at least two circuits or more juxtaposed fuel cells for generating power using a desulfurized gasification gas 11 as a fuel; a turbine facility 70 for generating power using an exhaust fuel gas of the fuel cell; and gas purge means connected to the fuel supply line Land used for gas-purging a fuel electrode of the fuel cell via a purge gas supply line L. If the hydrogen sulfide concentration in the gasification gas supplied to a first fuel cell 60A is found to exceed a prescribed threshold by measurement by the inlet-side HS meter 10-1, the gasification gas supply line is switched over to a second fuel cell 60B to gas-purge the fuel electrode of the first fuel cell 60A in which hydrogen sulfide has exceeded the threshold, whereby a catalyst of the fuel electrode is regenerated.
