PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a remaining amount of ink when an ink tank is used up without reducing capacity of the ink tank as much as possible.SOLUTION: The ink tank includes a housing that has: a partition wall for separating an absorber storage chamber for storing an absorber capable of holding ink from an ink storage chamber for storing the ink supplied to the absorber storage chamber; and an ink supply port provided at a bottom surface of the absorber storage chamber for supplying the ink inside the absorber storage chamber to the outside. A cross section of the absorber storage chamber when cut on a plane that is parallel to the partition wall and passes through the ink supply port is substantially T-shaped. |
