PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability when a predetermined voltage is applied to a back surface electrode disposed on a back surface of a touch panel substrate through a back surface electrode connection part.SOLUTION: Wiring connected to a back surface terminal is provided in the vicinity of a flexible wiring board fixing part which is fixed to a touch panel substrate with an anisotropic conductive film. A back surface electrode connection part is bent toward a back surface of the touch panel substrate. The back surface terminal is mechanically and electrically connected to the back surface electrode of the touch panel substrate.
