<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic roller which does not cause loosening due to re-heating after being stretched in the extrusion of a cross head.SOLUTION: A manufacture method of the elastic roller comprises: a first step for making a first axial core body and a second axial core body which are continued in series pass the cross head, extruding an unvulcanized rubber composition to the surroundings of the first axial core body and the succeeding second axial core body, and coating the surroundings of the first axial core body and the second axial core body with the unvulcanized rubber composition; and a second step for push-pressing the unvulcanized rubber composition in the vicinity of a seam between the first axial core body and the second axial core body to each axial core body from the outside of the unvulcanized rubber composition by using a gripping jig, cutting at least a part of the unvulcanized rubber composition in the vicinity of the seam, and axially separating the first axial core body coated with the unvulcanized rubber composition from the second axial core body coated with the unvulcanized rubber composition.</p> |
