PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transfer pipe assembly that prevents self excited vibration of a heat transfer pipe and a heat recovery device having the same by determining progress of abrasion in fins of the heat transfer pipes so that the heat transfer pipes are stably supported.SOLUTION: There are formed a plurality of heat transfer pipes 4 arranged substantially parallel with each other with a predetermined interval, each of which extend in the substantially vertical direction and inside which heat medium flows, a plurality of fins disposed on the outer circumferential part of each heat transfer pipe 4, and penetration parts 6 through which the heat transfer pipes 4 having the fins are inserted. Also, a plurality of perforated plates 1 are arranged in a substantially horizontal direction and one of the plurality of heat transfer pipes 4 is a dummy tube 4a that has a friction part composed of a material which is abraded more easily than the fins. |
