摘要 The present invention relates to an electric machine (1) consisting of a stator (10) that is provided with at least one exciter unit (11) consisting of a coil (12), at least two annular yokes (13a,13b) and at least one row of intermediate pieces (15), and a rotor (20) having a structure (21) and at least one receiver unit (22) consisting of at least two series (25) of at least two rows (24) of magnets (23). Two sides (131,132) of each yoke (13) consist of the first teeth (14), fitting with the said intermediate pieces (15) on a face (121) of the said exciter unit (11) and alternatingly forming the second north poles and the second south poles. Each series (23) is positioned opposite one face (121), forming an air gap (30) with the said exciter unit (11), with the electric machine (1) thus including at least two air gaps (30), with a flux F thus circulating inside the said electric machine (1), dividing and regrouping itself in the vicinity of the said magnets (23) and of the said yokes (13).

Electric machine with multiple air gaps and a 3D magnetic flux, including: an axis of rotation; a stator provided with an armature and at least one annular exciter unit consisting of a coil, at least two annular yokes and a plurality of intermediate pieces, the said coil being positioned inside said yokes and having at least two faces, the said yokes consisting of a plurality of first teeth, and each intermediate piece consisting of two extremities forming two second teeth; a rotor revolving around the said axis of rotation and equipped with a structure and at least one annular receiver unit, with each receiver unit including a plurality of magnets and cooperating with a single exciter unit, with each magnet having a first north pole and a first south pole, with one of the said first poles being located opposite the said exciter unit and with the other first pole being located opposite the said structure of the said rotor, with the total number of magnets being equal to the total number of the said first and second teeth; and characterized in that each yoke consists of at least two sides, of which two are extreme sides, the said first teeth of each yoke are distributed in a regular angular manner on the said two extreme sides about the said axis of rotation on each extreme side and the said intermediate pieces are positioned on at least one annular row over at least two of the said faces between said first teeth of two yokes in such a manner that a first extremity of each intermediate piece of a first row fits between two first teeth of a yoke while maintaining a distance between the said second tooth that is formed by each first extremity and two first teeth of the said yoke, that a second extremity of each intermediate piece of a row fits between two first extremities of two intermediate pieces of the following row while maintaining the said distance between the said second teeth that are formed on the one hand by the said second extremities of each intermediate piece of a row and on the other hand by the first extremities of each intermediate piece of the following row and that a second extremity of each intermediate piece of a last row fits between two first teeth of the said other yoke of the said face by maintaining a distance between the said second tooth that are formed by each second extremity and the said two first teeth of the said other yoke, each first and second tooth alternately forming the second north poles and second south poles, with each intermediate piece consisting of a north pole and a south pole, each reciever unit consisting of at least two series of magnets, with each series being made up of at least two rows of magnets of such a type that two first adjacent poles have opposite polarity, where the said magnets are angularly distributed in a regular manner about the said axis of rotation over each row, with each series being situated opposite one of the said faces over which said intermediate pieces are positioned, with an air gap thereby being formed between each series of magnets and the said exciting unit, a magnetic flux then circulating in three dimensions in the said electric machine and being able to divide and regroup in the vicinity of the said magnets of the said rotor and being able to divide and regroup in the vicinity of the said yokes of the said stator.
