<p>Disclosed are a method for dual-seal leakage prevention of a reciprocating impact portion and a mining machine for implementing the method. The mining machine comprises a rocker arm (18), a machine body (19), a travel portion (20), a reciprocating impact box body (1), a reciprocating motion power device (2), a reciprocating motion guide device (3), and an impact head (4). The reciprocating impact box body comprises a power box (5), a guide box (6), and a baffle (14). The reciprocating motion power device (2) is arranged in the power box (5), the reciprocating motion guide device (3) is arranged in the guide box (6), the baffle (14) is arranged between the power box (5) and the guide box (6), and a power box sealing structure (8) is arranged on the baffle (14). A fixed seat (24) comprises a fixed seat socket, a sealing sleeve (21) being arranged in the fixed seat socket. A locking piece (22) comprises a snap spring (38) or an elastic pin or a lock pin. The locking piece (22) is arranged at the junction of the sealing sleeve (21) and the fixed seat to prevent the sealing sleeve (21) from coming off from the fixed seat (24), the power box sealing structure (8) matches a motion sealing structure to achieve the sealing, so as to prevent liquid, material or dust from entering the guide box from the power box, the reciprocating impact box body is arranged on the rocker arm which is arranged on the machine body, and the travel portion is arranged on the lower portion of the machine body.</p> |
