In a safety pedal unit comprising a collision sensitive link set of the present invention, an actuator (50) is coupled to a pedal housing (10), wherein the actuator is operated when a car crashes whereby a pedal pushed out is detected. A rotary bracket (70) coupled with a pedal arm (20) with a hinge shaft (30) as the center of rotation is supported to a link (40) folded by the actuator (50). The link (40) folded by the operation of the actuator (50) moves the rotary bracket (70) and the pedal arm (20) to the pedal housing (10). As a result, a driver can widely be spaced apart from the pedal arm (20) such that the lower limbs of the driver from being injured are prevented. More specifically, the pedal arm (20) is made to independently move regardless of the deformation conditions of the internal structure which are difficult to be predicted due to the variables such as a crash type and a pedal mounting structure such that the safety pedal unit can be universally applied to all types of vehicles. |
