摘要 The present invention relates to an oxygen carrier comprising active ingredients including iron oxides and nickel oxides on supports, and to a manufacturing method for an oxygen carrier comprising: a slurry manufacturing step of manufacturing slurry by mixing supports and active ingredients including iron oxides and nickel oxides in water; a primary oxygen carrier forming step of primarily forming the slurry into an oxygen carrier by using a spray-dryer; and a plasticizing and drying step of plasticizing and drying the primarily formed oxygen carrier. The oxygen carrier and the manufacturing method thereof according to the present invention can obtain a considerable cost savings effect by manufacturing mixed oxygen carriers by replacing single oxygen carriers including NiO as active ingredients with about 30% of iron oxides obtained from sludge and scale. Additionally, the present invention is able to reduce abrasion in chemical-looping combustion, wherein abrasiveness of oxygen carriers is large by directly using solid fuel and is environmentally friendly by reusing iron oxides such as scale, sludge and the like which are industrial waste.
