The present invention relates to a solid phase cosmetic composition having a cushioning effect and, more specifically, to a solid phase cosmetic composition having a cushioning effect to be used as creams or sunscreen products which does not have the hard surface and has unique characteristics of being soft during use by having a cushioning effect even having a solid phase formulation having extremely high hardness including wax, is not sticky or oily, and has excellent formulation stability and skin stability. The solid phase cosmetic composition having a cushioning effect according to the present invention comprises a wax component, an oil component, a silicone polymer, a powder, etc. The solid phase cosmetic composition having a cushioning effect according to the present invention does not have the hard surface and has unique characteristics of being soft during use by having a cushioning effect even having a solid phase formulation having extremely high hardness including wax, is not sticky or oily, and has excellent formulation stability and skin stability. Moreover, the composition can be widely used as creams or sunscreen products due to the characteristics of the formulation. |
