METHOD FOR SUTURING WOUND FOLLOWING SURGERY FOR EPITHELIAL PILONIDAL FISTULA

A method for suturing the wound following the surgery for the epithelial pilonidal fistula provides for combination of the special horizontal suture and the interrupted sutures and application of tow-layer horizontal suture with tying up the ligatures at the distance of from the edges of the wound from both ends or one end depending on the length of the wound defect. The interrupted sutures are applied in the centre of the operation wound at the distances from each other.
