A method of double-sided explosive cladding, at which sheets to be coated are used, whose length is a multiple of the length of surface being coated, and mounted with overlap. Before cladding this surface of the sheet mounted on a rigid support explosive cladding of the opposite surface of the sheet is performed by a continuous sheet, and then a recess is made by spinning rollers on both sides of the semifinished product coated from one side, and then the semifinished product is mounted on the rigid support followed by cladding by the cladding sheets mounted with overlap, moreover the overlap length is equal to the thickness of the sheet to be coated without the thickness of cladding sheet and two depths of recesses. |
