A quick-freezing apparatus for fine food products includes a heat-insulated freezing chamber in which a conveyor is installed, device for defrosting, air cooler with aid duct, fan with drive, loading and reloading troughs. The conveyor is arranged as a conveyor net belt, and the defrosting device is a sprinkler for injection of ethylenglycol placed over the air cooler, besides that it is equipped with drop separator installed at the outlet from the air duct. |
