A display apparatus, an input device and a method for correcting the coordinates thereof are provided. The method for correcting the coordinates of a display apparatus includes receiving motion information from an input device to calculate coordinates; displaying a cursor on the calculated coordinates; correcting the coordinates calculated after a button select command is received, when the button select command is received from the input device; and displaying a cursor on the corrected coordinates to operate, according to the button select command, an item on which a cursor is located. A user may place a cursor on a desired location and execute a display item.
