The present invention relates to a sealing structure of a refrigerant pipe of an evaporator of an air-conditioning apparatus for a vehicle which enhances a sealing reliability of an evaporator, an evaporator, an evaporator case, and a refrigerant pipe since a sealing member which connects the refrigerant pipe to the evaporator of the air-conditioning apparatus and the evaporator case is connected with a tongue by a tight fit groove. The sealing structure of the refrigerant pipe of the evaporator of the air-conditioning apparatus for the vehicle includes: an evaporator inlet pipe (20) formed in an evaporator (10); a refrigerant pipe (30) connected to the evaporator inlet pipe (20) to transfer refrigerant; a sealing member (300) to connect the refrigerant pipe (30) with the evaporator inlet pipe (20); and an evaporator case (400) surrounding the evaporator (10), wherein a protrusion insertion groove (410) is formed in a connected side of the evaporator case (400) formed integrally by mutual connection, and a protrusion (310) formed to be inserted into the protrusion insertion groove (410) of the sealing member (300), such that the sealing structure automatically carries out sealing work when an air-conditioning case is assembled so as to makes sealing work easy and enhance sealing reliability inside the evaporator case and the evaporator durable when the air-conditioning case is assembled.
