PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus having an increased distance measurement range, a semiconductor integrated circuit and an imaging method.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus disclosed therein includes: an image sensor 104; a lens optical system 102 including a focus lens 101 that converges light toward the image sensor 104; a drive unit 141 that drives either the image sensor or the focus lens to change the focal point at the object side; a shutter 111 provided at least to the image sensor 104 or between the lens optical system 120 and the image sensor 104; and a control unit 142 that controls the shutter 111 and the drive unit 141. The control unit 142 drives the image sensor 104 or the focus lens 101 to adjust the focus at a predetermined first, second and third focusing positions each having a different object distance, and controls the shutter 111 and the drive unit 141 to obtain image signals of first, second and third object images at the first, second and third focusing positions by the image sensor 104. |
