PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine tool capable of adjustment-processing material holes at optimal positions at which a pitch error between processed holes falls within a tolerance.SOLUTION: A machine tool includes an arithmetic control device that controls a motor to measure a position of each of material holes of a boom with a photographic camera held on a spindle (S111 to S113); calculates a position of a central axis of each material hole on the basis of position information on the material holes photographed by the photographic camera (S114 and S115); calculates a distance between the central axes of the two material holes of interest (S116); calculates an optimal position of each processed hole (S121) from a minimum value satisfying formulas (1111-1) to (1114-1) and (1141-1) to (1144-1) on the basis of formulas (1101), (1111) to (1114), and (1141) to (1144) if at least one of the calculated distances do not satisfy a specified value (S117); and controls the motor so as to form each processed hole at the calculated optimal position for the processed hole, and to cut the material holes with a tool held on the spindle (S122 and S123). |
