PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual image observation device that enables a distance to a display position of a virtual image to be changed without using a complicated mechanical mechanism or drive device.SOLUTION: A virtual image observation device 1 comprises: a display part 10 that is capable of performing an image output different in a wavelength; a display control part 14 that controls a display color to be displayed on the display part 10; and an eyepiece optical part 15 that is formed of a material of an Abbe number of less than 30, has a positive refractive power and generates observably a virtual image of a display content to be displayed on the display part 10. The display control part 14 changes over the display color in accordance with a content of the display content, and thereby changes over a distance to a position where the virtual image is generated. |
