PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point system that allows points, which have been given in e-commerce before completing registration of a membership card, to be used by the registered membership card.SOLUTION: A point storage unit (80) stores points given to a user in e-commerce, in association with user identification information. An association request receiving unit (82) receives an association request to associate the user identification information with membership card identification information for identifying a membership card for receiving points to be given in a real store. On receipt of the association request, an association information storage unit (86) stores association information indicating association between the user identification information and the membership card identification information. A use permission unit (90) permits use of the points stored in association with the user identification information associated with the membership card identification information when a point use request designating the membership card identification information is received.
