The valve has a valve body (1) including an input (7) and an output (10) for a medium. An armature chamber (12) includes an anchor plate (13), a spring washer (15), a sealing body (14), a valve chamber (9), a valve seat (8), an electromagnetic head (2), and a permanent magnet (18). The valve seat is pressed against the sealing body by weakened electromagnetic force of the permanent magnet when the electromagnetic head is activated. The anchor plate and the sealing body are displaced by unweakened force of the magnet to release the valve seat when the electromagnetic head is deactivated.
